Department of International Exchange for Higher Education has much experience in assisting the Jiangsu Provincial Government Scholarship Program for undergraduates studying overseas. Many university students in Jiangsu have been organized to take courses at prestigious universities worldwide, including Oxford University, Cambridge University, Harvard University, Yale University, University of Toronto, University of Melbourne, and University of Hong Kong etc. The courses cover a wide range of disciplines including economics and management, humanities and social sciences, engineering, education, arts, and medicine. Over the past decade, nearly ten thousand students have been sent abroad via the program, and its influence has been expanding year by year.
After restructuring, depending on its overseas bases and accumulated resources at home and abroad, JECIE organizes various online and offline courses for university students in Jiangsu on a flexible basis. During the pandemic, hundreds of students took online courses such as Disease Biology (Cambridge University), Commercial Law(Oxford University), Education (University of Helsinki, Finland), Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (The University of Hong Kong ) and offline programs offered by Macau University of Science and Technology and Hongkong renowned enterprises.

We consistently organize students to conduct on-site studies or online courses at top global institutions such as Oxford and Cambridge in the UK, Harvard and Yale in the US, which ensures that students receive high-quality international education and broaden their academic horizons.
By integrating resources from prestigious universities and enterprises, JECIE has innovatively launched a series of internship and training programs. On one hand, we collaborate with renowned institutions in Hong Kong and other regions to establish joint internship programs between prestigious enterprises and universities, building students with a bridge between theory and practice to enhance their competitiveness in the workplace. On the other hand, we customize professional training programs such as Healthcare Nursing Capacity Enhancement at Macau University of Science and Technology for universities with specific industry needs. These help students enhance their professional skills and practical experience tailored to industry demands, laying a solid foundation for their future careers.
