Overview

Jiangsu Education and Cultural Center for International Exchange (JECIE), founded in 2000, is a subordinate company of Jiangsu Guojin Capital Operation Group Co., Ltd. which is authorized and wholly owned by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance. JECIE originally operated as the subordinate company of Jiangsu Education Services for International Exchange, an institutional unit of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education. Relying on a great wealth of domestic and overseas educational resources and the high quality services, JECIE is committed to be the provider, the creator and the leader engaged in international exchange and cooperative projects among schools and educational institutes in Jiangsu.
JECIE was the first intermediary organization to obtain the requisite approvals from the Ministry of Education to provide consultation services for self-financed students wishing to study abroad. JECIE provides services for international exchange of education and cultures. JECIE is also qualified to provide consultation services for educational information. In addition, JECIE is licensed to conduct inbound tourism business for foreigners. JECIE operates a number of subordinate units including: Jiangsu Education International Travel Service Co. Ltd., Jiangsu International Education Consulting Co., Ltd., and three offshore branches in Ontario, Canada; California, the US. and Victoria, Australia.
JECIE provides a diverse range of programs with prominent advantages in educational resources and brand superiority, including Global Partnership Program, domestic and overseas Study Tours, short-term Study Overseas Program for undergraduate students, Teacher Training Abroad Program, Overseas University Application Service, International Teachers Recruitment Program, visa application service, International University Preparation Course management service for senior high schools, foreign language training, investment in co-founding private schools, and etc.

    Jiangsu Education International Travel Service Co., Ltd. became a subordinate enterprise of JECIE.

  • In 2021

    The equity of JECIE, Jiangsu Education International Travel Service Co., Ltd. and their subordinate companies was transferred to Jiangsu Guojin Capital Operation Group Co., Ltd.

  • In 2016

    SuOn Center Inc. invested to establish Jiangsu-Victoria International Education Center Pty. Ltd. (Victoria Centre).

  • In 2016

    JECIE invested in Nanjing Shicheng Education Development Co., Ltd. as a stockholder.

  • In 2015

    SuOn Center Inc. invested to establish Jiangsu-California International Education Center Inc.(Sumei Center).

  • In 2006

    JECIE established a wholly-owned subordinate unit, SuOn Center Inc. in Canada.

  • In 2002

    Jiangsu International Education Consulting Co., Ltd. was established as a joint venture by Jiangsu Education International Travel Service Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Education and Cultural Center for International Exchange.

  • In 2000

    Jiangsu Education and Cultural Center for International Exchange (JECIE) was established.

  • In 1998

    Jiangsu Education International Travel Service Co., Ltd. was established.
